  • What is the price difference between monthly and annual subscriptions?

    Annual prices reflect the plan-specific savings shown above: approximately 22% for Basic, 23% for Standard, and 24% for Professional compared with paying the monthly rate for 12 months. Percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.

  • How many users can use a single license?

    Each purchased license is intended for one individual user at a time. This ensures that every sales representative has their own dedicated outreach tools, reporting, and mailbox connection. Subscription administrators can manage and transfer annual licenses if needed.

  • How do 'Credits' work within the platform?

    Credits are used for optional add-on features and advanced functionality. There are two primary types of credits:

    • VoIP Credits: Used to purchase dedicated phone numbers and buy additional minutes for the integrated Smart Dialer.

    • AI Credits: Used exclusively for generative AI actions (such as "Rewrite with AI" or generating new content templates).

    Additional credits can be purchased at any time through your account settings. They do not expire monthly and remain available until fully consumed.

  • Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan at any time?

    Yes, you have full control over your subscription in the Settings section.

    Upgrading: Changes take effect immediately, and your costs will be prorated, resulting in a charge for the difference.

    Cancelling/Downgrading: The cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period (the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the year for annual plans).

  • What happens if I change my plan mid-billing cycle?

    Any subscription change (upgrade or downgrade) results in prorated charges or credits being applied to your account immediately. You only pay for the time you use each plan tier.
