Each purchased license is intended for one individual user at a time. This ensures that every sales representative has their own dedicated outreach tools, reporting, and mailbox connection. Subscription administrators can manage and transfer annual licenses if needed.

Credits are used for optional add-on features and advanced functionality. There are two primary types of credits:

• VoIP Credits: Used to purchase dedicated phone numbers and buy additional minutes for the integrated Smart Dialer.

• AI Credits: Used exclusively for generative AI actions (such as "Rewrite with AI" or generating new content templates).

Additional credits can be purchased anytime directly through your account settings and do not expire monthly they remain available until fully consumed.

Yes, you have full control over your subscription in the Settings section.

Upgrading: Changes take effect immediately, and your costs will be prorated, resulting in a charge for the difference.

Cancelling/Downgrading: The cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period (the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the year for annual plans).
