Founding Sales Associate

About the role:

We are looking for a scrappy, hungry Founding Sales Executive to help us take our SaaS sales acceleration platform from early traction to repeatable revenue.

You will own the full sales motion—prospecting, qualifying, demos, closing, and early customer feedback—working directly with the founders to define how we sell.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves closing deals, and wants to build the sales playbook from the ground up in a fast-moving startup.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR, AE, or hybrid roles)
  • Proven ability to prospect, run demos, and close deals end-to-end
  • Scrappy mindset—comfortable with cold outreach, experimentation, and doing things that don’t scale (yet)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, qualification frameworks, and deal management
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers is a plus
  • Ability to work closely with product and customer success to relay market feedback
